Security overview
CredsNow runs on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Production database access is restricted through Azure-managed services, with unique credentials enforced per environment.
Product security covers every onsite workflow — authenticated access, role-based permissions, and validated inputs across the platform, print agents, and API.
Event and attendee data is processed to deliver check-in, badge printing, sessions, lead retrieval, and digital credentials. We do not process sensitive personal information. Data practices align with applicable US privacy laws and GDPR/CCPA requirements where they apply.
Security controls
Five control categories. Expand any category to see the individual controls and their status.
Data & privacy
CredsNow processes event registration data, attendee profiles, badge designs, check-in records, session attendance, and lead capture data on behalf of event organizers. Data is classified by type and retained according to documented schedules — active event data for the life of the engagement, account data while the subscription is active, and audit logs for a bounded period after deletion requests.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest through Azure platform encryption on databases and blob storage. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe — CredsNow does not store full payment instrument numbers.
Organizers control their event data. Attendees and account holders can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. The marketing website uses cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
